How to host a Parking Space
Commit to provide a decorated or themed parking space with STORE BOUGHT individually wrapped candies, small toys or prizes.
You can use the trunk of your vehicle, a pop-up tent, or tables to designate your space. If you need some help, find a friend to do a parking space together.
Keep themes, toys/prizes and costumes fun and positive (please no violence, blood or scary images).
No alcohol or drug use while on premises.
Please prepare to be outside the entire time so dress appropriately for cold weather. You are welcome to bring heaters, however we will not provide electrical outlets or power to support those items. You also may consider bringing portable camp chairs & blankets.
TREATS: Please bring enough individually wrapped store bought candies/goodies or prizes/toys for ALL kiddos that will possibly stop by your parking space between 5:00 – 6:30 PM. i.e. ring pops, bracelets, spinning tops, etc…
Restrooms provided via outdoor port-a-potty.
Vehicles will not be allowed to be on/running for safety purposes.
Gospel tracts for kids will be provided at the Welcome/Prayer station.
PARKING SPACES MUST BE READY BY 4:45 PM TO WELCOME GUESTS STARTING AT 5:00 PM.
